Three friends. One spicy obsession.

Meet Wang, Don and Hon: two from the creative industry, one a chef, and all of us hopelessly devoted to heat.

It started around the dinner table, as these things do. We kept chasing the next great chilli hit, and kept being let down by sauces that were hot but forgettable. So we decided to make our own. And that's how Chillé came to life.

Each of us brings something different. The creatives bring the ideas, the curiosity and the taste for pushing things a little further. The chef brings the technique that turns a wild idea into something balanced, deeply flavoured and worth putting on everything. Together, we test, tweak, argue and taste (a lot) until a recipe is ready.

The result is a range of bold sambals and flavour-packed chilli sauces made for real, everyday meals: the plain rice, the fried egg, the instant noodles, the late-night toast. We believe food should be fun, never boring, and that the right spoonful can change a whole plate.
